Just sent out this gallery to Luke's parents and I can't wait to hear what they think and what images they love. I had way too many faves, it was hard to narrow them all down.
Our session, was right after that crazy March snow storm (thanks a lot Mother Nature), but I have to say I love how the newly fallen snow created some beautiful reflective light. (sooo, you're forgiven crazy NJ/NY weather).
In-home newborn sessions have become my favorite type of session. I love that parents are comfortable and relaxed in their own home. There's no need to rush and pack up everything you need for a newborn when let's face, you're exhausted and just getting used to being a parent! I usually start out each session, doing a few swaddled, baby-led posing images and parents are free to sit down, take a minute to breathe and have a cup of coffee. Believe me, enjoy the fact that you get a little break! I was the worst at sitting down when my twins came home. Now I know better!
How cute is Luke's furry friend, Pepper?! We weren't sure if he was going to cooperate but just like that he jumped up on the bed and it was perfection!
